Ki  S. Jung, MD

Dr. Jung, the founder of Northlake Neurology, hails from North Carolina and completed his
undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry at the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
(UNC), where he was also a John Motley Morehead Scholar. After earning his medical degree from the
Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University (WFUBMC), Dr. Jung went on to the
University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) in Pennsylvania, where he completed his internal
medicine internship and neurology residency. He also served as Chief Resident during his time at
Pittsburgh and completed a fellowship in
Clinical Neurophysiology at UPMC.

Following the completion of his training, Dr. Jung relocated back to his home state of North Carolina. He
has since been recruited by
Novant Health to provide neurological services for the beautiful Lake
Norman, Huntersville, and surrounding areas. He also served as the Medical Director of Outpatient and
Community Neurosciences for Presbyterian Novant Medical Group from 2008-2010.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Jung holds a 6th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, certified by the
World Taekwondo Federation (WTF). He also enjoys a variety of other activities, including golfing,
soccer, shooting, and swimming.

Edward C. Robles, MD

Dr. Robles earned his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his internal
medicine internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. He then went on to complete his
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He felt a
strong calling to the field of neurology, and thus, pursued and completed a residency in Neurology at
the University of Chicago in Illinois. He maintains board certifications in both specialties.

Upon completion of his training, Dr. Robles opened a private practice in Jackson, Michigan, where he
practiced general neurology for over 15 years. He has since been recruited to join Dr. Ki Jung at
Northlake Neurology in Huntersville, NC, and the surrounding Lake Norman area.

When not at the office seeing patients, Dr. Robles enjoys swimming, biking, running, and playing the
piano.
